Telecaller

About the Role JMD Services is hiring a Telecaller in New Delhi. This is a full-time opportunity for someone who is dependable, eager to learn and takes pride in doing good work. 2+ years of relevant experience is required. Key skills: Communication, Lead Generation, Negotiation. Key Responsibilities - Generate leads through calls, field visits and referrals and convert them into customers - Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections with confidence - Meet monthly sales targets and maintain a healthy pipeline in the CRM - Build long-term relationships with customers and ensure timely follow-ups - Coordinate with the team for documentation, onboarding and after-sales support - Share daily reports and market feedback with the manager

Requirements - Good communication skills in Hindi and English - Target-driven, confident and self-motivated - Comfortable with field work / phone calls as required - Basic knowledge of MS Excel or a CRM tool - Hands-on with Communication - Hands-on with Lead Generation - Hands-on with Negotiation
